I recently learned how to make homemade dumplings, so I thought it would be a fun activity for us to do together as a family! They turned out so yummy, but my arm is still sore from rolling dumpling skins…

We also made a vegetarian version of the dumpling using the exact same ingredients, but replacing the pork with soft tofu. It tasted pretty good, even without the meat!
